Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) RTI-3100 is stored if the road traffic information (RTI) control module registers that the signal from the GPS antenna is missing or if the GPS antenna is using more or less current than 20-25 mA.

Substitute value
- None.

Possible source
- Contact resistance or oxidation in the terminals
- Open-circuit or short-circuit to ground in the cable between the GPS antenna and the control module
- Defective GPS antenna
- GPS antenna not connected.

Fault symptom[s]
- The car's position on the map is incorrect.
