RTI-2100

Condition
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) RTI-2100 is stored if the road traffic information (RTI) control module registers that communication with the DVD player is broken.

Possible source
- The DVD player does not reply to communication from the road traffic information (RTI) control module after 10 attempts.

Fault symptom[s]
- Information on the display is not updated.
