Condition

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) PSM-001C is stored if the power seat module (PSM) registers an open-circuit in the LH/RH detection.

Possible source

- Control panel not connected.
- Defective control panel.
- Open-circuit in the control circuit (LH/RH).

Fault symptom[s]

- The seat does not function at all via the control panel.
