Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CCM-0019 is stored if the control module registers that one of the function buttons on the climate control assembly has been in active mode (pressed in) continuously for more than 3 minutes.

Substitute value

- The function button is disconnected.

Possible source

- The function button has stuck in the pressed in position.
- Involuntary activation of the function button.
- Defective function button.
