Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CCM-0012 is stored if the control module registers too high a signal from the right temperature damper motor.

Substitute value

- The control module does not allow the damper motor to be activated while the fault persists.

Possible source

- Short-circuit to ground in the signal cable.
- Defective damper motor.

Fault symptom[s]

- The passenger compartment temperature does not correspond to the set value.
