CEM-8F2C

Condition

If the central electronic module (CEM) indicates that the windscreen wiper is in "parked position" for longer than 5 seconds and the steering wheel module (SWM) indicates that the windscreen wiper should be activated, diagnostic trouble code CEM-8F2C is displayed.

Possible source

- Defective windscreen wiper motor.
- Short circuit to voltage supply on wire.
- Open circuit in wire.

Fault symptom[s]

- Windscreen wiper motor does not work. (Windscreen wiper has stuck right at the bottom.)
