CEM-8F01

Condition

Neither warning flasher nor glove compartment light should have to be on to display the diagnostic trouble code. If fault bit in central electronic module (CEM) indicates a fault, diagnostic trouble code CEM-8F01 is displayed.

Possible source

- The warning flasher or glovebox light is short circuited to ground.
- The warning flasher or glovebox light is overheated.

Fault symptom[s]

- Interior lighting does not work.
