Condition

Extra lamp relay should not have to be activated to display the diagnostic trouble code. If the central electronic module (CEM) shows that an extra lamp is fitted and there is an open circuit in the extra lamp circuit, diagnostic trouble code CEM-8A0A is displayed.

Possible source

- Open circuit in extra lamp relay circuit.

Fault symptom[s]

- Front lights are not working.
