Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CEM-1A06 is stored if the central electronic module (CEM) registers open-circuit in the 15-supply.

Substitute value

- None.

Possible source

- Contact resistance in terminals.
- Open-circuit or short-circuit to ground in 15-supply.
- Defective ignition switch.

Fault symptom[s]

- Windshield wiper motor does not operate.
- The starter motor does not turn.
