Condition

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) AEM-6C51 is stored if the control module registers that the signal is too high on the signal cable for alarm output P0.

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be diagnosed when the ignition is on and alarm output P0 is activated.

- None.

Possible source

- Short-circuit to supply voltage in the signal cable for alarm output P0.
- Defective alarm.

- The alarm does not function at all.
