Bumper, front, replacing

Removing the front bumper and casing





Remove:
- wiper arms (1)
- the two screws.
- the six clips on the upper side of the casing
- Remove screw (1).




- Slacken off one screw on each side (2), leaving each screw held in place by 3 threads
- Press the screw backwards so that the bumper bracket releases
- Press the screw so that the screw head bottoms out
- Separate the connector for the fog lamp on the left-hand side.




- Pull the bumper forwards while pulling both the sides outwards so that the edges release from the bumper bracket.

Hint: Two people are required for this task.

Installing the front bumper





Install:
In reverse order.

Note! Align the lugs (3) on the bumper in the channels (4) on the bracket for the bumper.Press at the top and bottom edges so that the lugs secure.
