Checking the wiring and component
Check that the rear fog lamp relay (position 2/49) is correctly installed.
Check the relay terminal (2/49). Check for an intermittent short-circuit to supply voltage according to Checking wiring and terminals. Permanent fault Checking Wiring and Terminals. Permanent Fault. Check for contact resistance and oxidation according to Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults. Check for loose connections according to Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults.

- When the relay is installed and activated, the voltage at the relay guide (terminal #2) should be 0 V.
