Signal Too High. Intermittent Fault
Signal too high. Intermittent fault
Checking the wiring
Check the relay coil driver circuit for an intermittent short-circuit to supply voltage: Measure the voltage between terminal #2 in the relay base and relay 2/112.
For further information about a short-circuit to supply voltage, see Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults.
Hint: The voltage between terminal #2 and ground should be approximately 0 V.
If the voltmeter displays an incorrect value replace the control module.
Other information:
- To access and replace the integrated relay / fusebox in the cargo compartment, see Relay/fuse box cargo compartment/Rear electronic module (REM), replacing Integrated Relay/Fusebox Cargo Compartment/Rear Electronic Module (REM), Replacing.

If the fault is intermittent, do not verify fault-tracing if the fault does not recur.
It is possible to view the information again, or leave fault-tracing for this diagnostic trouble code (DTC).
