- Ignition off.
Check the cable between central electronic module (CEM) terminal #14A and windshield wiper relay 2/90 terminal #2. Check for an open-circuit.
Also check the connector. Check for an open-circuit.
Remedy as necessary.

- Ignition off.
- Connect the connectors, install the components, etc.
- Ignition on.
Activate relay.
Listen for a click in the relay.
