Checking the wire and the relay




- Ignition off.
Check the wire between central electronic module (CEM) 6C and relay 2/64 1 and connector 8 and 2 for a short circuit to voltage supply as described in Checking wiring and terminals. Permanent fault Checking Wiring and Terminals. Permanent Fault.
Check that relay 2/64 is installed correctly.
Do the necessary corrective action.

- Ignition off.
- Connect the connectors, install the components, etc.
- Ignition on.
Read the extra lamp relay.
Activate the extra lamp.

Additional information:
- With extra lamp on, the value should be "on" and when dipped headlamp is switched off, the value should be "off".
