Checking the relay




- Ignition off.
Check that relay 2/63 is installed correctly. At the same time check the relay connections, in particular 2/63 2, for an open circuit as described in Checking wiring and terminals. Permanent fault Checking Wiring and Terminals. Permanent Fault.

Hint: After the repair it is necessary to check that the fault has been rectified.








- Ignition off.
- Connect the connectors, install the components, etc.
- Ignition on.
Read main beam relay.
Activate main beam.
With main beam on, the value should be "on" and when main beam is switched off, the value should be "off".
