Activate relay with button from control panel on RH rear door, window up.
If the function is now OK, this means that the fault was probably caused by a faulty relay (short circuit in the relay).

Remove window lift relay 2/117 from CEM socket.
Check the relay coil driver circuit for a short circuit to voltage supply by checking the voltage between #2 and ground in the relay socket to relay 2/117.

Hint: The voltage between #2 and ground should be approximately 0 volt. If the voltmeter indicates an incorrect value, the control unit must be replaced.

- Ignition off.
- Connect connectors, install components etc.
- Ignition on.
