Intermittent fault
- Ignition off.
Check the signal cable between central electronic module (CEM) terminal #5A and generator (GEN) terminal #1B (the red / white cable with flat pin). Check for a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults. Check for an open-circuit according to Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults.
Remedy as necessary.
