Checking contact resistance, oxidation and wiring
Check the antenna amplifier and the head unit / audio control module connectors for contact resistance and oxidation according to Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults. Remedy if necessary.
Check the cables between the antenna amplifier terminal #C1 and head unit / audio control module terminal #A9 for a short-circuit to ground according to Checking wiring and terminals. Intermittent faults Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults.
Remedy as necessary.
