Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information

Diagnostic trouble code information

Condition

Note! This diagnostic trouble code applies only to ABS systems equipped with DSTC.

The pedal pressure sensor is located inside the brake booster and sends the ABS control unit a signal if the AYC function has to be disconnected. When the AYC is active and the driver depresses the brake pedal at the same time, the pedal pressure sensor sends a signal if the AYC function has to be disconnected. If the control unit registers a faulty signal from the pedal pressure sensor, diagnostic trouble code ABS-00B1 is set.
