GPS satellites accessible

NOTE:
- Applies only to carphones with Volvo On Call.
- In order for the GPS receiver to connect with GPS satellites, at least the front of the vehicle must be out doors without any screening objects in front of the car.

The status indicates whether the GPS receiver connects with at least three satellites.
If the GPS receiver does not connect with at least three satellites, a correct position cannot be ascertained.

NOK = The GPS receiver is not connected to enough satellites for a definite position.
OK = The GPS receiver is connected to at least three satellites and a definite position can be obtained.

Capacity of the spare battery
Measurement range: 0-100.
The value for a battery with full capacity is 100.
The spare battery should be replaced if the value is between 0-40.
The carphone module calculates the theoretical capacity of the battery.

Volvo On Call activated
Reading whether Volvo On Call is activated.
If a Volvo On Call subscription is cancelled, Volvo On Call should be deactivated to prevent error messages about Volvo On Call being displayed in the combined instrument panel.

Yes = Volvo On Call activated.
No = Volvo On Call deactivated.

Connection to communication satellites

NOTE: The car must be outdoors to connect to satellites. Applies only to Volvo On Call Plus.

The status indicates if there is a connection to the communication satellites.

Yes = Connection with the satellites.
No = No connection to the satellites.

Status for satellite communication

NOTE: The car must be outdoors to connect to satellites. Applies only to Volvo On Call Plus.

The status of satellite communication can only be read off when Volvo On Call Plus is activated.

No test = Try to read a parameter other than at activation.
Not connected = No connection to communication satellites.
Invalid = Invalid subscription for satellite communication.
OK = Valid subscription and connection with satellites.
