Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SWM-0012 is stored if the micro processor or steering wheel module registers that the Seek+ and Seek- buttons on the audio/carphone control switch are activated at the same time.

- The Seek- and Seek+ buttons on the audio/carphone function are activated at the same time.

Condition
- The steering wheel radio controls do not function
- The steering wheel carphone controls do not function.
