Rear wheel hub, replacing
Press the hub
Make sure that the shaft journal is clean.
Use a new nut. Tighten to 120 Nm and angle tighten to 30° . Use protractor 951 2050 BEVEL PROTRACTOR 951 2050 Bevel Protractor. Check that there is no play in the bearing after installation.
Install the cap
Use drift 999 5225 PUNCH 999 5225 Punch.
Make sure that the contact faces on the disc and hub flange are clean
Install the disc and the locating pin
Tighten the guide pin to 10 Nm .
Adjust the parking brake
Adjust the brake shoes outwards until the brake disc cannot be turned. Then slacken off the adjustment four-six notches.
Install the brake calliper
Use new screws. Tighten to 60 Nm .
Install the brake pipe in the clips. Install the three-way junction on the left hand side
Install the wheel
Insert the lug bolts. Then tighten in a crisscross pattern to 110 Nm .
