Working With the Driver Information Module
When replacing the component
CAUTION: When working on the combined instrument panel observe the following:
Cleanliness:
- the workplace must be free of dust, dirt, oil and solvents etc.
- Always wash your hands before disassembling the combined instrument panel. Do not use hand cream or lotion after washing. Use thin cotton protective gloves. Synthetic materials can cause static electricity.
- The connection plate must not be exposed to static electricity.
- Do not touch connection plate or dial surfaces.
- Do not change the needles in such a way that will cause them to change position. They are factory calibrated. If the needles are moved the instrument may display the wrong reading.
Bulbs in the combined instrument panel
All warning lamps in the combined instrument panel should light up when the ignition is switched on. If they are blown, replace the bulbs.
For the correct type off bulb.

1. ROPS or cruise control
2. Low washer reservoir level
3. Low fuel level
4. Rear fog lamps
5. High beam
6. Tailgate/trunk warning
7. Bulb failure warning sensor
8. Turn signal lamps, trailer, certain markets
9. ETS warning
10. SRS
11. Battery charging
12. Low oil pressure
13. Brake circuit failure
14. Parking brake
15. ABS
16. Gear selector indicator
17. Low coolant level
18. TRACS
19. Malfunction indicator lamp (MIL)
20. Service interval, SRL
21. Instrument lighting

26. Left turn signal flasher
