Procedures





Torque Bracket

NOTE: As the illustrations in the information are used for different model years and/or models, certain variations may occur. However, the essential information in the illustrations is always correct.

Removing

Remove:







- the charge air pipe over the engine
- the upper camshaft belt cover
- the cover over the ignition coils
- the screw for the torque rod
- the torque bracket.

Installing

Install







- the torque bracket (A). Tighten to 50 Nm (37 lb.ft)
- the screws for the torque rod (B). Tighten to 35 Nm (26 lb.ft) + 90 degrees
- the cover over the ignition coils
- the upper camshaft belt cover
- any charge air pipe over the engine.

Wipe clean and check.
