Preparations





Remove:
- the battery negative lead.
- the backrest upholstery according to Backrest upholstery Backrest Upholstery.
- the protective pad.

Removing the tilt mechanism





Remove:
- two screws securing tilt mechanism in the seat.
- the switch from the folding mechanism, see Replacing switch .
- the cable from the tilt mechanism.
Replace the tilt mechanism.

Install:
In reverse order.
