Cables for folding down the seat and moving it forward

The cable for the fold-down mechanism

Remove:
- the seat from the car according to Lifting mechanical seats in and out Lifting Mechanical Seats In and Out.




Slacken off the tensioner on the cable
Pull the cable back.




Pull out the cable.
Replace the cable.





Install:
In reverse order.

The cable for moving the seat forward

Remove:
- the seat from the car according to Lifting mechanical seats in and out Lifting Mechanical Seats In and Out.




Slacken off the tensioner on the cable.




Twist and pull the cable from its mounting.
Replace the cable.





Install:
In reverse order.

Removing spring tensioner

Remove:
- the seat from the car according to Lifting mechanical seats in and out Lifting Mechanical Seats In and Out.




Slacken off the tensioner on the cable.
Twist and pull the cable back.




Detach the cable from the mountings.
Twist the cable against the spring
Replace the cable.









Install:
In reverse order.
