- Ignition on.
- Initiate immobilizer control module according to Initiate the immobilizer control module. Initiate the Immobilizer Control Module.
- Switch the ignition off and on.
Read off diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs).





Is diagnostic trouble code (DTC) IMM-122 erased?

Yes - Fault-tracing information

No - Try to initiate again

- Immobilizer control module has not initiated.
- Try to initiate the immobilizer control module again according to Initiate the immobilizer control module. Initiate the Immobilizer Control Module.
- Switch the ignition off and on.
Read off diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs).

Yes - Fault-tracing information

No - Replacing component

Immobilizer control module cannot be initiated. Try a new control module according to Replacing immobilizer control module Replacing Immobilizer Control Module.
Initiate immobilizer control module according to Initiate the immobilizer control module. Initiate the Immobilizer Control Module.

Select Continue when the fault has been remedied.
