Checking Sun Sensor Signal







- Ignition on
- Go into scrolling values.
- Read off sun sensor signal.

Mask the sun sensor, and read the value. Remove masking and aim a strong light source at close range at the sun sensor.

NOTE: The value from the sun sensor is updated slowly, so keep the masking / light source in place for approximately 20 seconds.


Check that the value changes.

Does the sun sensor value change?

Yes - Test Complete

No - Checking Cables
