Checking The Resistance In The Cable







- Ignition off.
- Disconnect the central locking system control module from the connector.


CAUTION
Avoid touching the control module terminal pins. There is a risk of static discharge which may damage the control module.


Connect an ohmmeter between SRS control module connector #40 and central locking system connector #A10. Check for an open-circuit according to Checking Wiring and Terminals - Permanent Faults

The ohmmeter should read approximately 0 [ohm].

OK - Check Central Locking System Cable For Short-Circuit to Ground

Not OK - Replacing the Component - III
