REPLACING CABLE

Replacing cable 1

Remove:
- Sun roof. Service and Repair
- Electric motor. Service and Repair






- Bracket, circlip and screw (B)
Slide mechanism forwards to access the cable holder.






Replacing cable 2
- 3 cable holder mounting screws
Carefully lift cable holder straight up

Note: Do not bend the cable holder sideways.

Replacing cable 3
Slide mechanism ahead (forward) to expose the cable
Pull cable out of cable sleeve

Install:
In reverse order.






Lubricate the cable with petroleum jelly P/N 1161150-6 before inserting it into the cable sleeve.
Adjust mechanism according to Adjustments before installing the electric motor. Adjustments
