Checking Shift Solenoids S1 And S2







- Ignition on
- Gear selector in position P
- Activate solenoids S1 and S2 individually.

NOTE: Select to read the status for the solenoid that should be activated.

The value should shift between OFF and ON and a "clicking sound" should be heard in the transmission (at 20 degree C).

Does the value change?

YES: Continue with Next Procedure. Refer to Checking Solenoid SLT.
NO: Refer to Replacing The Transmission Control System. Replacing the Transmission Control System
