4. Checking Cables



Checking Cables







- Ignition off.
- Disconnect the transmission connector.
- Connect breakout box.

Check wiring between transmission connector (control module side):
#1A and control module #A46 "A"
#2A and control module #A64 (#B4) "B"
#3A and control module #A45 "C"
#4A and control module #A63 (#B3) "PA"

for an open-circuit according to Checking wiring and terminals. Permanent faults , a short-circuit to ground according to Checking wiring and terminals. Permanent faults and a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Checking wiring and terminals. Permanent faults.

Was a fault detected? Select alternative as follows:
1. No fault detected.
2. Open-circuit in wiring or short-circuit to ground.
3. Wiring short-circuited to voltage.
