- Ignition off.
- Disconnect the seat belt buckle connector.
- Ignition on.
- Check seat belt buckle #2 for a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Checking wiring and terminals - Permanent faults.

Remedy as necessary.

Check the cable between control module connector #8 and seat belt buckle connector #2 for a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Checking wiring and terminals terminals. Permanent faults.
