- Ignition off
- Disconnect seat-belt buckle connector.
- Check the seat-belt buckle connector for intermittent contact resistance and oxidation, as described in Checking wiring and terminals - Intermittent faults.
- Do the necessary corrective action.
- Ignition on.

Check that there is supply voltage on connector #1.
