- Ignition off.
- Disconnect the seat belt buckle connector.
- Check the seat belt buckle connector visually for contact resistance and oxidation Checking Wiring and Terminals - Permanent Faults

- Ignition on.

Hint: Use a small test probe to take a reading on the terminal in the connector when checking voltage.

Check that there is supply voltage at connector #1.

Remedy as necessary.
