Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Information







Condition
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SRS-211 is stored if resistance in the wiring circuit is too low for longer than 3 seconds

Possible source
- Short-circuit in the connectors or in the signal cable between the driver's airbag and the control module.
- Short-circuit in the driver's airbag (resistance too low in the igniter).

Condition
- The SRS indicator lamp lights


WARNING
There is a danger that the SRS steering wheel module will not operate if this diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored.
