Checking The Wiring







- SRS control unit and combined instrument disconnected
- Ignition on.

Connect a voltmeter between control unit #25 and ground and check for a short circuit to voltage supply, as described in Checking wiring and terminals - Permanent faults.

Hint: The voltage should be approximately 7 V.

If no short circuit to voltage supply is found this indicates that the fault is in the combined instrument.
