Checking Cables To Potentiometer 1






- Ignition off.
- Remove seat from car according to Replacing seat assembly.
- Disconnect the black 14-pin connector C.

Check that the brown cable is connected to C:12 and the red cable to C:13.

In the event of incorrect connection:

- Press out pins for C:12 and C:13. Use terminal removal tool Tools and Equipment
- Switch the two leads and press the pins into the connector.
- Reconnect the connector.

Were the leads connected properly?

Yes - Replacing Component

No - Verification
