DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) INFORMATION




Condition
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ECM-91F0 is stored in the engine control module (ECM) if the electronic throttle module registers an internal fault.

Substitute value
- the accelerator pedal (AP) is ignored when braking
- the cruise control cannot be activated.

Possible source
- the power supply to the throttle unit
- something is blocking the throttle position sensor (an oil film, dust etc.)
- poorly charged battery or corroded in the connecting cables
- defective throttle unit.

Fault symptom[s]
- the accelerator pedal (AP) is ignored when braking
- the cruise control cannot be activated
- the ETS warning lamp lights (C70 and S/V70 -2000 only).
