SIGNAL MISSING - INTERMITTENT FAULT
Checking cables and connectors
Check ignition coil connector for contact resistance and oxidation according to [1][2]Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults and loose connections according to [1][2]Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults
Check signal cable between ignition coil #1 and control module:
- #A31 (#A31) (ECM 3300)
- #A30 (#A30) (ECM 3310)
- #A50 (#A50) (ECM 3320)
- #A52 (#A52) (ECM 3330)
- #A51 (#A51) (ECM 3340)
and power supply between system relay #3 and ignition coil #4 for an intermittent open-circuit according to [1][2]Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults

Fault-tracing information
If the fault is intermittent, do not verify fault-tracing if the fault does not recur.
