Signal Missing - Intermittent Fault
ECM-2A0A REAR HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR (HO2S)
SIGNAL MISSING - INTERMITTENT FAULT
Checking cables and connectors
CAUTION!
Do not apply rust solvent spray or grease to the Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) connector.
Check Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) connector for contact resistance and oxidation [1][2]Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults and loose connections [1][2]Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults
Check the signal cable (+) between Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) # 4 and control module # A61 (# B1) and the signal cable (-) between Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) # 3 and control module # A62 (# B2) for an intermittent open-circuit according to [1][2]Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults
