Signal Too Low - Intermittent Fault

Checking cables and connectors



Check outside temperature sensor connector for contact resistance and oxidation according to [1][2]Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults and loose connections according to [1][2]Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults
Check signal cable between control module #B29 (#B39) and outside temperature sensor #1 for an intermittent open-circuit according to [1][2]Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults and a short-circuit to supply voltage according to [1][2]Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults
Check the ground lead between control module #B2 (#B12) and the outside temperature sensor #2 for an open-circuit according to [1][2]Checking Wiring and Terminals. Intermittent Faults
