If the control module registers that the signal from the damper motor air distribution selector is incorrect Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) 2-4-1 is stored.

None

Possible source
- Defective air distribution selector (control module).

Condition
- The REC button orange indicator LED flashes once when the ignition is turned on.
