Check the control module and the damper motor connectors for contact resistance and oxidation according to Checking wiring and terminals - Permanent faults. Checking Wiring and Terminals

Check signal cable between MCC control module #B13 and damper motor terminal 3 for a short-circuit to ground according to Checking wiring and terminals - Permanent faults. Checking Wiring and Terminals

Check cable for power supply between MCC control module #B12 and damper motor terminal 2 for an open-circuit according to Checking wiring and terminals - Permanent faults and for a short-circuit to ground according to Checking wiring and terminals - Permanent faults. Checking Wiring and Terminals

If cables are OK, try a new damper motor.

Remedy as necessary.

Other information:

- To connect the breakout box Connection of Breakout Box MCC
- Voltage on signal cable varies between approximately 0-5 V depending on damper motor position. Damper motor power supply should be approximately 5 V. For other values refer to Signal Specification MCC Signal Specification MCC
