Checking Passenger Compartment Temperature Sensor







- Ignition on.
- Read off the temperature in the passenger compartment.

Check that the temperature reading obtained is correct. Compare with the actual air temperature. If the Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) stored is a permanent fault a substitute value of approximately 22 °C (71.6 °F)Will be displayed.

Is the temperature reading OK?

Yes - Intermittent Fault

No - Checking Components and Cables
