Check cable between ECC control module #A19 and outside temperature sensor terminal 2 for an intermittent short-circuit to ground according to Checking wiring and terminals - Intermittent faults.

Remedy as necessary.

- The voltage on the signal cable varies with temperature. At 20 °C (68 °F) voltage should be approximately 2.5 V. For other values Connecting the Break-Out Box
