ABS-0075

DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) INFORMATION

Condition

The control module can register diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ABS-0075 for a number of different fault causes.
The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ABS-0075 is stored:

- if there is a short-circuit to ground or open-circuit in the control module inlet or outlet valve circuits.

- if the control module is subject to interference so that its calculations are incorrect.

- if the control module registers a fault in its internal inlet and outlet valve circuits.

- if there is a short-circuit to ground, short-circuit to supply voltage or an open-circuit in the inlet valve in the antispin circuit.

- if the control module registers an open-circuit or short- circuit in one of its internal circuits.

Condition

- ABS system is blocked.

- TRACS system is blocked (cars equipped with TRACS only).

- Anti-spin function is blocked.

- The EBD fanction is disengaged.

Possible source

- Contact resistance in terminals.

- Interference that has affected control module calculations.

- Internal fault in control module.

Condition

- ABS warning lamp lit.

- Anti-spin warning lamp lit.

- Brake circuit not functioning, warning lamp lit.

- No ABS fanction.

- No TRACS system (cars equipped with TPACS only).

- Anti-spin does not function.
