Windshield Washer Spray Nozzle: Testing and Inspection

FG1 Removing:





If a washer nozzle leaks windshield washer fluid the pressure valve should be checked before the washer nozzle is replaced, see image.

- Disconnect hose with clip on the hood hinge mounting.
- Disconnect hoses connected to the two pressure valves. Blow through pressure valves and intermediate hoses.
- Check that they are not blocked.

FG2 Installing:
- Install pressure valves.
- Check whether the washer nozzle leaks windshield washer fluid. If the washer nozzle still leaks windshield washer fluid, replace the pressure valve.
