Windshield Washer Reservoir: Service and Repair

FF1 Removing:





Remove:
- the washer reservoir filler pipe.
- washer pump and level sensor connectors.
- washer reservoir screws.
- washer reservoir.
- hoses.
- level sensor, pull upwards.
- windshield washer pump, pull from under the car. (A)
- tailgate washer pump (5-door), pull upwards. (B)

FF2 Installing





Before installing pump immerse inlet pipe in water or a soap solution to avoid compressing the rubber seal. Check for leakage

Install:
- tailgate washer pump (5-door), carefully press into place. (B)
- windshield washer pump, install from under car. Carefully press into place. (A)
- Carefully press the level sensor into place.
- hoses.
- washer reservoir.
- washer reservoir screws.
- the washer reservoir filler pipe. Fill the washer reservoir and check that the pump, level sensor and filler pipe seal against the washer reservoir.
